The office makes a commitment to see a patient at a specific time and do our best to keep our word and be on schedule. Our offices reinforces this commitment by placing courtesy confirmation phone calls/email and if time allows, mailing reminder cards to the scheduled patient.

Dr. Beasley does not charge for failed appointments as it creates ill-will. It is important for patients to respect the time we set aside for dental needs and preventive care.

Life happens and unexpected obstacles [at times] make it impossible to keep a prescheduled appointment. We respectfully ask for a cancellation phone call as soon as you [the patient] is aware the appointment time is no longer convenient.

Our office includes an Oral Cancer exam as part of a regular preventive exam. Our trained staff looks for changes in the mouth like sores or blisters on the cheeks, tongue, or lips.

In between regular dental exams, if you are at higher risk for oral cancer because of risky behavior or habits, notify a dental professional immediately if you notice oral tissue changes.
